goodWORKSconnect.org

There is so much good work being done by nonprofits and their leaders-board and staff in east central Illinois.  This good work includes social services, education, arts & culture, youth development, and much, much more.  Yet, much of this work isn’t shared, publicized or discussed.

goodWORKSconnect is a web-based initiative to help nonprofit leaders from all callings develop new professional relationships, share knowledge, and learn from each other. We expect that this site will help you:

These and other features are being developed with lots of input and on-the-ground support from those providing services to nonprofits around the region (see Steering Committee list).

Our vision is to become a virtual community, where you—the people doing good work—determine the future direction and functions, and contribute content and tell your stories. All tools and content are free to use. The site is commercial-free too.
