Program Goals

The Lumpkin Family Foundation has four Program Goals, which are excerpted from our Strategic Plan. All grant applications should support one of these stated goals.

Central Illinois Program Goal:
Central Illinois has quality educational and health institutions.

Downstate Illinois Conservation Program Goal:
A healthy natural environment in Downstate Illinois that bears minimal adverse affect of modern agricultural and industrial practices.

Regional Program Goal:
Opportunities exist for young people to participate in social, cultural, educational, civic or leadership programs that enrich their educational experience and encourage personal growth.

Nonprofit Excellence Program Goal:
A vibrant nonprofit sector in Central Illinois.
